Under this structure, your entity holds direct land certificates via Hak Pakai (Right to Use) or Hak Guna Bangunan (Right to Build), providing complete asset control and seamless repatriation of yields.

Additionally, Isoola structures each transaction with a solid 80-year leasehold agreement (comprising an initial 30-year lease plus pre-agreed contract extensions of 20 and 30 years). This is fully recognized under Indonesian Civil Law and guarantees long-term asset security, inheritance rights, and hassle-free transferability.
